The 29th Beijing Essen Welding & Cutting Exhibition successfully concluded at the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center on July 2, 2026. As an authoritative industry event in the welding and laser processing field, this exhibition showcased innovative achievements and new process applications for core components. Chuke Intelligent Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Chuke Intelligent"), a core cooperative supplier, appeared at the exhibition and launched its new SUP37S 5-in-1 handheld laser welding head, as well as two matching automatic wire feeding devices, SUP-AMF-Q and SUP-PWF-A.
The SUP37S 5-in-1 handheld laser welding head, launched at this exhibition, is the core product of this iteration. As a new generation of all-around handheld laser welding core component, this product innovatively integrates five functions: handheld welding, platform welding, energy storage welding, laser cleaning, and weld bead cleaning. It completely changes the industry's problems of traditional welding accessories having single functions, redundant equipment, and cumbersome processes, achieving true multi-purpose functionality and versatility. It can simultaneously complete multiple processes such as workpiece welding, surface cleaning and rust removal, and weld bead trimming and optimization, fully adapting to the complex processing needs of various industrial scenarios.
The equipment adopts a lightweight ergonomic structure design, effectively optimizing the overall weight distribution and significantly reducing operator fatigue during prolonged handheld operation, making it suitable for long-term continuous batch production in factories. In terms of welding operations, the equipment is equipped with a high-precision oscillating welding system, ensuring stable operation, uniform heat input, and smooth, regular weld formation with excellent quality. It has good compatibility with mainstream industrial metal materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy, and galvanized sheet, meeting the requirements of various precision and conventional welding processes.

Two complementary devices, the SUP-AMF-Q multi-functional four-wire automatic wire feeder and the SUP-PWF-A push-pull automatic wire feeder, were launched simultaneously to further improve the automated laser welding operation system, effectively addressing shortcomings in wire feeding technology under various working conditions. The SUP-AMF-Q multi-functional four-wire automatic wire feeder features simultaneous adjustment and adaptation capabilities for two/three/four wires, is compatible with various welding materials, and can stably adapt to large-volume, continuous industrial welding production, effectively improving the overall level of automation.
The SUP-PWF-A push-pull automatic wire feeder adopts a push-pull coordinated wire feeding principle, specifically designed for robotic welding and automated laser welding platforms. It provides a stable push-pull wire feeding solution, effectively addressing common industry problems such as wire feeding jamming, uneven feeding, and wire breakage in long-distance pipelines. The wire feeding output is more uniform and stable, adaptable to complex working conditions and long pipeline operations.
During the exhibition, the Chuke Intelligent technology team conducted a comprehensive verification of the adaptability, stability, and process compatibility of the three new products, confirming that the entire product line can seamlessly match the company's existing laser welding equipment.
