The marking range of this device is 50mm × 50mm, designed specifically for integrated production line scenarios. After the customer completes the installation of the machine head independently, it can be installed on the existing production line to achieve automated online marking.

In response to the customer's on-site integration and lightweight transformation needs, Chuke Intelligent has customized this closed pneumatic marking machine for the customer, accurately matching the production line integration usage scenario.
The marking machine adopts a fully enclosed stainless steel head, which can effectively block the invasion of dust, oil, and metal debris, adapt to complex working conditions in the workshop, reduce equipment failure frequency and daily maintenance workload. Pneumatic drive technology is mature and stable, and permanent markings such as characters, batch codes, and QR codes can be completed on the surface of metal workpieces. The handwriting is clear and wear-resistant, meeting the requirements of industrial product lifecycle traceability.
The whole machine adopts a split structure and is equipped with an independent control host. Parameter settings, marking editing, and data storage can be directly completed on the touch screen, and switching between different specifications of workpieces is also very convenient. The equipment is equipped with standardized interfaces that can be directly integrated with existing production line control systems, saving the trouble of additional modifications. The marking process and production process can be synchronized. The delivered model is set with a standard format of 50mm x 50mm, which precisely covers the identification area of the customer's workpiece without wasting space. The machine head is made relatively compact, with a small footprint and flexible installation. It can be directly embedded into existing workstations and adapted to various assembly line layouts.
